Hello all

Apologies if this is more a procedural question than one of
substantive law. I wonder however if anyone could direct me to
relevant authorities regarding the delay of the exchange of affidavits
of discovery and of the inspection of documents, in circumstances
where certain parties in litigation have challenged the jurisdiction
of the Court, so that the trial of the action against all Defendants
will be delayed for some considerable time.

Essentially, it seems unfair that those Defendants who have
participated to date should have access to documents now, in
circumstances where they will anyway have ample opportunity to prepare
their case after the jurisdiction challenge has been resolved but
before trial.

It seems to me that this is an issue that must have been considered
but on which I can find no relevant authority.
